Please note that until we have received your complete entry (and payment for reserved status runners) we are unable to process you as fully confirmed. These must be received by Midnight Tuesday 16th July 2012 New Zealand time.

Profile

All entrants must fill in the Profile section on the entry form, with details of their training preparation and previous experience. Inadequate details will delay acceptance of entries.

Medical

The Organising Committee reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals whom they deem to be not capable of safely completing the event.

Any entrant who suffers from a medical condition (allergy etc) that could affect their safety, should consult with their doctor before entering, and provide full details in the Medical Section. (Note: Medical certificate may be required.)

Commentary

The race commentary team rely on information you give. Please provide a couple of short sentences for use by the team.
