Registration - entry forms and process
The entry process
Please take a moment to read these as there have been some changes since 2008 entry.
To familiarize you with our entry process here's how it works:
- Read the information regarding conditions of entry, compulsory gear and refunds policy.
- Follow the links (which will be displayed on the left from 6.30am Sat 4th July 2009) to the form of your chosen event.
- Fill in the relevant fields and submit the form and follow instructions.
- You will receive email to the address you have supplied confirming the status of your entry.
- Should you be successful in gaining a reserved place in the event of your choice, you will receive a reference number and request for payment. There will also be a link to a form where you are required to give a Profile and any Medical conditions.
These funds and details must reach our account by 12 midnight (New Zealand time) 14th July 2009 to secure your place. Online banking details will be supplied in this email.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once we have received all aspects of your entry.
- If you are not successful in gaining a place in the event of your choice you will be placed on that event's waitlist until it, too, is full. You will be notified via email to the address supplied.
Should a place become available for you, notification will be sent to the email address you have given with request for payment and a link to complete Profile and Medical conditions to secure your place. Online banking details will be supplied in this email.
- Online entries will close when the event and waitlist are full.

News about registration will be posted here prior to entries being open for the 2010 event.
Both events now full
If you have secured a place, congratulations - we'll see you in December. Good luck with the training! If you're on the waitlist, take heart as people do pull out between now and the event. We will be in touch if a place becomes available for you.

Waitlist
The waitlist will be posted once we have processed initial entries and payments. This is expected in the second half of July.
Fees
This year's entry fees are:
Nike ACG Kepler Challenge NZ$180.00
Luxmore Grunt NZ$130.00
Please note: This year we will be giving away a Nike ACG Kepler Challenge event t-shirt to runners. As these have had to be pre-ordered we apologize if your size is not available - they will be allocated on a first come first served basis during race-weekend registration.
